Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years old to create an oo77 account, deposit funds, or place bets. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited under Bangladesh law. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Bangladesh law.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active oo77 account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to abuse bonuses, manipulate odds, or circumvent restrictions are strictly forbidden. oo77 reserves the right to:

• Close duplicate accounts immediately without notice.
• Forfeit all balances, winnings, and bonuses held in duplicate accounts.
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts, with no refund of stakes.
• Permanently ban the player from creating future oo77 accounts.

Account Verification

oo77 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. oo77 may request identity verification documents at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• Payment method verification (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account showing your name and phone number).

Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. oo77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. Minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transaction. Deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming purposes only. oo77 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, unless technically impossible or prohibited by the payment provider. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. All withdrawal requests are processed within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM to 11 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, 7 days a week). oo77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from newly registered accounts. Players must complete any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. oo77 does not charge withdrawal fees.

Anti-Money Laundering

oo77 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service. oo77 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions, freeze accounts pending investigation, report suspicious activity to relevant authorities, and refuse service to any player involved in money laundering or fraud.

Currency

All transactions on oo77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. oo77 does not support multi-currency accounts or currency conversion services.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by oo77. oo77 reserves the right to:

• Reject any bet in whole or in part before acceptance without providing a reason.
• Limit the maximum stake amount on any event, market, or bet type at its sole discretion.
• Restrict player accounts with customized betting limits based on player activity, bet patterns, or risk assessment.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport or event. Results posted on oo77 are for informational purposes only. oo77 uses independent data providers for result verification. In cases of disputed results, oo77's decision is final and binding. Bets on abandoned, postponed, or canceled events are handled according to specific sport rules published on the oo77 website.

Odds Changes

Odds displayed on oo77 are subject to change at any time until the moment you confirm your bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is locked at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. oo77 is not responsible for odds displayed incorrectly due to technical errors. Bets placed at obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided at oo77's discretion.

Voided Bets

oo77 reserves the right to void any bet if technical errors, system malfunctions, human errors in odds entry, fraudulent activity, match-fixing or insider betting, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected. Voided bets result in stakes being returned to the player's account. Voiding a bet does not entitle the player to any additional compensation.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by oo77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page. Bonuses are granted at oo77's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Players must opt-in to receive bonuses. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

Activities considered bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting system errors or loopholes to gain unfair bonus value, or coordinating with other players to abuse bonuses. Players found guilty of bonus abuse will have all bonuses and related winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

Maximum Bet Limits on Bonuses

When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Typically, the maximum bet per spin or hand is ৳200 BDT while wagering requirements are active. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in the bonus and all related winnings being voided. Maximum bet limits are clearly stated in each bonus's specific terms.

Promotional Terms

oo77 reserves the right to exclude players from promotions if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected. Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued without notice. oo77 may restrict certain players from receiving specific promotions based on account history, deposit patterns, or geographic location within Bangladesh.
